All communications between Sustainable Minds state-of-the-art application servers and the user environment is fully encrypted using 128-bit SSL.

All accounts include continuous software, content, and data updates. Technical support is included in the cost of each annual subscription. This includes all questions regarding how to use the features and functions in Sustainable Minds LCA software.

How does the 30-day free trial work?
When you sign up for a trial account, you will have instant unlimited access to Sustainable Minds. There is nothing to install, and absolutely no fees. If Sustainable Minds is not right for your business, simply cancel or let the trial account expire.
How does the subscription work?
All Sustainable Minds subscriptions are on an automatically renewing billing cycle from the day you purchase. Once you purchase, the subscription is non-refundable. We’ll give you plenty of advance notice when your subscription is up for renewal. You can cancel at any time, and you won’t be billed again.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. At this time, we can only accept credit card payments online for one, single user, $700 subscription at a time. We can take credit card orders over the phone for multiple subscriptions and educational and student subscriptions. For companies and institutions, we can accept a P.O. and invoice you.
